Izzai Martinez Angulo (b. 1998 Tucson, Arizona) is a Mexican artist working in photography and sculpture while highlighting the complex relationship between gender-fluidity and traditional Mexican culture. His work consists of digital photography, staging, performance, self-constructed frames, found objects and manipulated plastic. Through his body he challenges and transforms family, intimacy, and masculinity.
